Employer Drug Testing

Silvur Lining Laboratories provides professional employer-directed drug testing services for businesses, government agencies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and occupational health programs throughout North Carolina.

We support employer drug testing programs including DOT and Non-DOT collections, pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing.

Appointments are preferred to ensure prompt service and collector availability. Walk-in collections may be accommodated during business hours based on availability.

Employers, TPAs, and screening providers are encouraged to contact us in advance for scheduling assistance, group collections, after-hours requests, and time-sensitive testing needs.

Please bring all required authorization forms and a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of your appointment.
